U are really africa's largest network.ur gprs & mms services will definately enlighten d mass cause u ve made d mobile not just a means of hearing voices & txt msging but u can actually ave access to data,info,pics of loved ones,special occassions etc u've put a lot of smiles on d faces of millions using ur network.wenever i think of my handy i get excited.

Hi. I have tried a couple of times to get my mms set up but it has never worked. Just 2 days ago, i sent SETTINGS to 3888 bt when a response came, it could not open up. Even the Download i bot from the freebies did not open becos mms was not enabled. I had taken it to the friendship center in Abuja bt they could do nothing about it. I was directed by someone I called on your customer care network to check some more stuff on the net with regards to gprs. I then followed the procedure laid down, but it got to a level I got a text message telling me to save the setup information that was to be sent shortly. I waited to no avail, though still waiting. All I saw afterwards was another message telling me I can now enjoy all the services requested.
